Morning Announcements for 26-27 school year: Please add things you would like to have announced on the morning announcements to the appropriate day and/or communicate to Rachelle before the day of announcement.
Library Request form - Have a library request? Fill out this form and Mrs. Peak will work on it! Students may also use.
WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Shirt sizes - We need these by TOMORROW! We will use sizes for our school shirts and the Future Tigers shirts shared below.
-WIS Future Tigers Volleyball Game - On Thursday, Sept. 24, all intermediate students and staff will get to attend a volleyball game at the high school. This will work just like the basketball game did last year. We will use the shirt sizes given for our school shirt. Please have these in by TUESDAY as it’s coming soon!
-Action teams - Action teams will meet today. All new staff should be thinking this week which action team they would like to serve on (Academics, Leadership or Culture) or prefer to complete a LIM 101 for 1st semester. Please email Stacey your choice by the end of the week.
-WIG Wed - New this year! We will have a dedicated time for the entire building to drop and check in with accountability partners each week. You will hear the Wii theme music @ 8:50 am once we have student goals up and running. However, we will begin practicing this as a staff THIS week on Wed. @ 8:06 am before school starts. When you hear the song, find your partner if you haven’t already checked in with them this week! ;)
-Library Request form - Mrs. Peak has created a Google form for library requests. Please fill out if you have something you’d love to see in the library! This is linked on the Dashboard under “Forms” and will be an ongoing link included on the staff blog.
-Don’t forget to add any pictures you took last week (or in the future) to our WIS shared folder.
-Updated building schedules: Many of our schedules you received in your folder at the beginning of the year have had minor corrections. You will want to double check the “Updated date” at the bottom of the page to ensure you are following the correct one. Apologies for any confusion, but all of the most up-to-date are on the Dashboard.
-Recess: It looks to be a very warm week again. We will keep an eye on the heat index. Here are the weather protocols. Please remember it is very important to be on time for recess duty and spread out in the zones (p. 3) to supervise.
-Vector Training Videos - If you haven’t already, make sure you are getting these completed as it will get harder as things get busy.
-Spirit Wear Store: Orders must be in by midnight on Fri., Sept. 4 if you’d like to purchase any additional Willard wear or our school theme shirts.
-Clubs: If you have a club starting soon, please get the club proposal form to Stacey in order to be approved and added to the school calendar.
