Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day.
News Show:
WIS shared picture folder: Please add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-May calendar: Please let Stacey know ASAP of any changes/additions (clubs, tutoring, events, etc) to the calendar as we get it ready to send out to parents this week.
-Student Leadership Teams: As of right now, we only have 3 student leadership team dates remaining this year–April 23, 25 and May 16. Please have some students complete the display board for your team that will be displayed at transition day. You may pick one up in the office. If your team needs to meet outside of this, please let Stacey know to help coordinate a different day. There is a possibility we could meet Fri. May. 10 if a big need. This is due to MAP testing and transition day falling on T/TH the next few weeks.
-Open Enrollment: Insurance open enrollment will be on May 3 for our building. All full time returning staff (& retirees) will be required to meet with a representative and we plan to have roving subs to cover classes for this if needed. Schedule coming. If you are unable to be here May 3, you will need to plan to attend at a different location. Dates/locations were shared on the Staff Communicator email on April 18.
-Staff Wishlist/Capital Improvements: As we look to wrap up this year and set goals for next year, we would love your input. If you’ve got an idea, wish list item for our building/your classroom needs or a capital improvement you have noticed, please let us know on this document!
-Library Items: Please let your students know all library books will need to be turned in by May 10. Then, plan for all Chromebooks to be turned in on May 17.
-Reminder: Be sure you’re working on the EOY items to complete (ie. SLO’s, IE & Career Ladder logs, RSP/DRA March PM & EOY testing, Dyslexia training). We will be sharing the Checkout list of items at next Monday’s early out meeting. The end of year is fast approaching!!
