Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day and/or communicate to Autumn before the day of announcement.

WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!

WIS Weekly News: 

Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Instructional Excellence/Career Ladder: Logs are due THIS WEEK! IE logs on Wednesday and Career Ladder hours on Thursday. These are important to be accurate and on time as we have to get information to DO asap for payment. If yours isn't complete, it could impact your compensation.

-District Growth Hours: If there is anyone who hasn't logged these hours, please do so ASAP as this should’ve been completed first semester.

-6th Field Trip: If you haven’t yet, please get a list of your team/class chaperones to the office asap so that we can ensure they have approval and the necessary Raptor/volunteer check in place. Then, review the procedures to ensure you are prepared and all necessary items are taken care of.

-Stay Survey: If you haven’t completed this district survey yet, please do. The district would like 100% participation!

-Inventory: Please use this folder to update your 24-25 inventory. If you are new, we have updated the previous inventory with YOUR name. Teams can be found by color (ie. Green team…then page for each room). Once you have updated it, please delete “copy of” and the “year” in the title so we know it is complete. Don’t hesitate to ask if any questions, this can get a little tricky!

-WCCF grants: Did you see that the grant window is open for the next round of grants to be awarded at convocation in August? Applications must be submitted by THIS Friday! 

-Summatives: Please complete this form to share your input for summatives if you haven’t already. Stacey will connect with you about a time to meet. You will also want to complete the self-reflection in Talent Ed.

-End of Year Check-Out: Here is the checklist to use for our end of year check-out. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask Stacey or Samantha.

Such a good reminder of the importance of keeping to our routines and having a good plan as best we can. While the end of year brings excitement, it also brings anxiousness for many of our students.

-Counseling: Students do NOT need Chromebooks this week.

-Essential Skills-Transition Day (4th graders visit WIS in morning)

-Today will be the LAST library & counseling classes of the school year. They will NOT meet next week.

-Early Out meeting: Action team meetings

• 3:10-3:25 pm - Housekeeping (Upcoming events/items, Stay Survey, etc.)
