WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!

Nuts and Bolts Items:
-No student leadership teams this week due to MAP testing.
-Summatives: Please complete this form to share your input for summatives if you haven’t already. Stacey will connect with you about a time to meet.
-Front pickup duty/clubs: It came to our attention, some may not know we have a STOP sign in the office that is to be used when helping with parent pick-up. This sign can be used by staff standing in the median to allow several cars to be loaded at once and then released. It definitely seems to help things run more quickly and safer! Students should not be going down past the lounge doors sidewalk to get in car or crossing median to parking lot without adult support. Thanks to Officer Farmer for getting this for us.
-May team newsletters: Don’t forget to share your team newsletter with Autumn and the office.
-Instructional Excellence/Career Ladder: Logs will be due soon! IE logs for 2nd semester are due on May 14 and Career Ladder hours must be completed by May 15 to count this year.
-Inventory: Please use this folder to update your 24-25 inventory. If you are new, we have updated the previous inventory with YOUR name. Teams can be found by color (ie. Green team…then page for each room). Once you have updated it, please delete “copy of” and the “year” in the title so we know it is complete. Don’t hesitate to ask if any questions, this can get a little tricky!
-Teams are asked to meet during one of their upcoming team meetings and discuss input for next year student placement to include on this form that has been shared with you:
-WCCF grants: Did you see that the grant window is open for the next round of grants to be awarded at convocation in August? Applications must be submitted by May 16!
-Clubs: If there is a need for a club cancellation, be sure to let Stacey know so the office is aware and add it to the morning announcements. Please avoid cancellations the day of if at all possible as this can be difficult for families.
-Tutoring Attendance: Please remember to use the special attendance form to record those students who stay with you.
