Mon. Library/Counseling Week: A WEEK

Chrome Camp/Library Schedule - See times to sign up for lessons with your class. All classes are encouraged to participate as we continue to strive for consistent expectations and understanding!

STEM class location: Innovation Lab

Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day.

Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Attendance: Please be sure you are using SIS360 login rather than SISK12 (Classic Login). Here are directions to help ensure you are doing it correctly. If a student is late, please send them to the office. All tardies are entered by the office, not teachers.

-Student cohorts: I realize there may be minor group changes among our class cohort taking place today. If so, please be sure to update the lunch seating chart and get Stacey an updated class seating chart also so we have the most up-to-date information for quick tracing if needed. Thank you!

-Team meeting focus this week: NWEA set-up & schedule

-Positive communication home - Please make an attempt to contact all families in your class during the first 3 weeks (by Sept. 11) to connect and begin building the positive relationship. This will pay off in dividends if needed later for the harder conversations! Then, add to your communication log.

-Instructional Excellence template for proposals will be shared this week. All certified staff are eligible this year. Proposals are due by Sept. 18 if you choose to participate.

-Ozarks Literacy Council Trivia Night on Sept. 17 - Stacey’s mom would like to sponsor a team of teachers to participate - It’s free fun and we could win great prizes! The theme this year is tropical. We only need 8 people - who is interested? Let Stacey know!

Teaching Tip - As we continue to work on student belonging and connections with our students, here is a great article that includes steps you can easily take in the classroom to validate student feelings and make sure all feel heard and valued in your classroom.
