We’d like to decorate the sidewalk with messages to welcome our students and hang some signs in the morning. If you are able to come in early to help, we’d love some extra hands!
Arrival:
A & B Crew on duty together this week to learn positions and create consistency. Please also help us keep an eye on loitering in the commons & breakfast.
As you walk your class to dismissal, please follow our normal scheduled times as all are on duty this week. No team needs to come early. Teams will want to split up between bus/front for supervision. We will have bells that ring for each team + walker/Tiger Tales dismissal:
Monday: 2:57-Navy, 2:59-Maroon, 3:01-Green, 3:03-Teal, 3:05-Walker/Tiger Tales
Tues-Fri: 3:27-Navy, 3:29-Maroon, 3:31-Green, 3:33-Teal, 3:35-Walker/Tiger Tales
Mon. Library/Counseling Week: No Library/Counseling for 1st day of school. Next week will be A WEEK.

Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day.
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Bus Numbers: Check with your students EARLY in the day to ensure they know their bus number if riding the bus home. You can look this up in SIS by following these steps. Otherwise, feel free to email Rhonda/Emily if you have any you need help with.
-Lunch: Several teams requested time to walk students through the lunch procedures BEFORE their lunch time the first day. You are welcome to do so, but please keep in mind not to have students touch anything or sit down yet as it will all be sanitized right after breakfast. Here are the windows for each team to avoid conflicts (if a conflict, please reach out to another class to switch):
8:50-9:20: Teal team
9:25-9:55: Maroon team
10:00-10:30: Navy team
10:35-10:50: Green team
-Team meetings: Please be sure to email Stacey/Shawnda the day your team will be doing their weekly meeting. Tues or Thurs is best as we want to avoid Wed. & Fri due to district meetings we have to attend. If you plan to have a new agenda for meetings, you will want to share that with us also!
-Thank you to our specials team for leading our building with masking. We appreciate your willingness to create the presentation and meet with your teams so that we all have a consistent, united message and why.
-Chromebooks: Students may return Chromebooks they checked out in the spring. Please collect these and bring to the office. We want to encourage all to return them!
-Please see this handout from Penmac re: proactive steps to take so things are ready in the case you may need a substitute.
-Feel free to continue adding to our Shout-Out Wall this week. It takes a village and I’m so thankful for all of you going above and beyond to help things run smoothly.
-Parent communication log templates were shared with each team. Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this.
