Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Future Tigers HS Basketball Game-Jan. 27 details:

• We will plan to leave at 10:10 am and load buses at HS at approximately 1:00 pm to return to WIS-S. Further bus detail assignments will be communicated soon.

• Sack lunches will be available for students regular lunch. We’ll pick these up BEFORE getting on the bus. Then, we will all eat in the auxiliary gym at HS before the game starts. Please let your HOME lunch students know they need to bring paper bag lunch they can throw away.

• Staff may purchase a submarine sandwich lunch through the kitchen also if you choose.

-The Hive - Staff Lunch Order: We will offer The Hive lunch delivered to our school next week on Thursday, Jan. 29. If you’d like to order, please have your order listed on the form linked by Jan. 28 at 9 pm and pay by Venmo or cash to Stacey. Seasonal specials will be added next Monday on this form.

-Field Trips: It’s that time to begin nailing down a date and details for our grade level field trips. This will allow us to communicate to families, ensure buses, and budget. Here are the details for setting up a field trip. We’d like to have these on the calendar by the end of January.

-Valentine’s Day parties: Our Valentine’s parties will be Feb. 12 (5th-1:45-2:30; 6th-2:35-3:20). As a team, please determine if your students would like to do Valentines boxes to exchange Valentines or not. If so, you will want to communicate this information in your Feb. newsletter. Our grade level party will run much like the fall party with students getting 2 sugar cookies to decorate, along with the games and gym play.

-Candy Bar Fundraiser: We’ll be doing a candy bar fundraiser in Feb. along with Valentine gram sales. More information is coming soon!
