-Staff February Check-in: If you would like to share your thoughts, a shout-out to staff or student, or give feedback to our team, please be sure to complete this check-in survey as it closes at the end of day on Monday.

-Locker Clean-out: The end of quarter is a great time to have students do a quick locker clean-out. Our custodians will be doing some extra projects next week and would greatly appreciate your help in planning a time to do a clean-out this week! Just let them know if you need a big trash can.
-Lunch Count: Don't forget we are doing lunch count on this form now instead of in Infinite Campus. The form to record daily lunch is linked here, but also on the Dashboard under “Daily/Weekly”.
-Yearbooks Pictures: Our yearbook is due soon and the media leaders need more pictures! If you have taken pictures this year that are not in our building folder, please take some time to add them. It is GREATLY appreciated as we'd love to have a good representation of all our students!
-Spring Parent Conferences: We will talk more about conferences during our Early out meeting if you have any questions. Communication should be sent to parents by today, March 10 re: scheduling. This week is a great time to make sure students have updated their Leadership Portfolios and ready to share!
-AMI Day Attendance: You should've received an email if you have students still needing to complete AMI work/attendance. These are past due, so please update ASAP.
-Tutoring Attendance: Please remember to use this new special attendance form to record those students who stay with you.
-Fri. Double Specials: While students will be participating in the Career Fair, classroom teachers will have time to work on end of quarter grades, updating RSP plans & home activity, spring conference prep, etc.
-MRA Survey: The window for our MRA survey will be Mar. 25-Apr. 8. As you create a checklist of stops for students & parents during conferences, please include the opportunity for them to take our survey (link shared Mar. 24). We will also have computers set up in the commons to do this. Staff will be taking it during our staff meeting on Mar. 31 and students on April 2 during Lead Time. This survey helps us see strengths & areas for improvement and the information is used to set our building wide goals for next year. Very valuable information from all stakeholders!
-Building Staff Wish List: Is there something you wish we had at school or you see needs improvement? Let us know when you think of it! This list is always under “Forms” on the Dashboard and is used as we prioritize purchases with the remaining budget and capital improvements.
