Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Parent Conferences: With our spring break, conferences are right around the corner and your team will want to begin planning this week. Conference nights are March 31 and April 2.
-Spring Fundraiser: We will have an assembly on Mar. 26 @ 2:45 pm to kick-off our fundraiser. It should be done by 3:15 pm, so you will have time to pack-up after. We’ll follow an assembly day schedule. We realize this isn’t ideal, but it’s important we do well to fund our end-of-year field trip and activities and appreciate your support.
-3rd Quarter Gradebook Window is open. Grades are due Thursday, March 26 @ 10 am. We’d love to have them in sooner, if you can let us know when your team is complete for printing.
-NWEA testing begins upon our return from spring break. Please take some time this week to ensure your classes are set up and all student accommodations are correct. Scheduled dates are: Mar. 24-Math, Mar. 25-Science, Mar. 31-ELA.
-Spring into Flavor: Our Culture Action team has set up a food week to enjoy as we look to spring break right around the corner. See their sign up for your team/groups day to share.
-Kennedy’s Baby Shower: Wed. during lunch enjoy a charcuterie spread and shower the new mom with gifts. Link to her Amazon registry.
-IE/Career Ladder/Tutoring logs: It’s a new month! Be sure to take time to update your February logs.
-Community Time Celebration form: Complete this form anytime you have a student or staff member you’d like to honor at our monthly community time.
-Save the Date: We will hold a Back to School Bash on Aug. 7 at 5:00 pm. This event will be at WISS and for all families of WISS, WOHE and WS. If you are interested in helping this district committee with planning, let Stacey know or at least mark your calendar and plan to attend!
