Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day and/or communicate to Autumn before the day of announcement.


WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your pictures here for us and continue to add throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!

Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Please be sure to recognize students and/or staff for our October Community Time on Thursday, so that all teams/areas are represented:

  • Community Time Celebration Form (also linked on the Dashboard under "Current Items" to complete when you think of it!)

  • Please also give the parent a call to invite them to attend. We can get you the phone number in the office if needed.

-Teacher Proud Tuesday: A WIS teacher will be recognized in Dec. We’d like your help in nominating a peer you’d like to see recognized. Anyone may nominate and submissions should be received by Nov. 20.

-WCCF grant applications: If you’d like to apply for this round of classroom grants the window is open for the December grants. Applications must be submitted by Nov. 21.

-Reminders: Don’t let the following dates sneak up on you:

  • Yearly Dyslexia Training: All certified staff should complete this Canvas training by the end of the day on Jan. 5. 

  • DGH hours - These 6 hours should be submitted by the end of first semester.

-WIN Time: Cycle 3 will return this week beginning with "Week 2 - Fact Family Week". We will have a brief opportunity for clarification/questions during our Mon. early out meeting if you have any after looking it over.

-Food Drive: Our food drive begins this week and will run from Nov. 10-21:

  • We will call classes down over the intercom.

  • 6th Grade-Please bring home lunches with you just in case need to go straight to lunch.
