WIS shared picture folder: Please add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!


Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Veterans Day: We will have a Veterans Day Celebration on Friday morning. Thanks to Allie, Kelsie and Autumn for your leadership in making this possible! Please let your students know to wear red, white and blue this day. Families are encouraged to send in pictures of their veterans and/or invite them to attend our event.

-Meal Train for Douglas family if you are interested in providing a meal or food gift card.

-Friendsgiving: We’ll have a potluck lunch next Friday 17th. Please see the sign up here.

-#TeacherProudTuesday: The district would like to recognize a WIS staff member in December and we’d like your nominations. Please complete this form to let us know who liked to see recognized!

-ELA teachers: Don’t forget to add your class’ October 40 book totals to our document this week.

-1-1 Data Reflection Meetings with Stacey: Haven't met yet? Let's get a date on the calendar!

-Team Meetings: We’ll be checking in at this week’s team meetings re: math intervention cycle growth, upcoming reading intervention cycle details and any student concerns or items you want to add!

-WCCF grant: Did you hear that Autumn received a $500 grant for hearing impaired books? Is there something you could use for your classroom, team or club? WCCF has added another round? Get in on the opportunity by filling out a grant proposal by Dec. 1!
