WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Read-a-Thon Fundraiser: Tuesday is the last day. Please talk it up so we can finish strong!
-Trunk-or-Treat is THIS FRIDAY from 6-7:30 pm. We’re still looking for some more help throughout the evening and would appreciate people signing up for a short time at least. We also have the following food trucks this evening: Don Tono, Mel's Hotcakes, Donut NV and Kona Ice.
Parent Sign-Up: Also, if your team can share our parent sign-up for Trunk-or-Treat and fall parties in your communication, we’d greatly appreciate it!
-Parent Conferences are next week. Teams should be finalizing their schedules this week. Remember to share a copy of your team schedule with Stacey and Rhonda in the office by Friday.
-WCCF grant applications: Willard Children's Charitable Foundation has opened applications for school/classroom needs with $500 individual or $1,500 collaboration grants for the school year! Recipients will be notified quarterly.
-The Hive: We will be offering a lunch order if you'd like to participate on WED. this week. All orders must be placed by 9 pm Tuesday. If this is high interest, we can set it up to be more regularly. Sign up and menu are linked. Tues. morning they will let us know of the daily special and we'll get it added on 3rd tab. Orders are preferred to be paid for with Venmo @Melissa-Skaggs-5, but can also be cash paid in the office before pickup. Stacey's mom will pickup and deliver by lunchtime on Wed.
-Box Tops: Did you know that you can now link your Wal-Mart app to Box Tops and earn money for our school automatically as you do your shopping/pick-up orders? Click on the link to get synced with our school! Be sure to include this in your communication to parents and tell your family too. :) Anyone can give back to WIS.
-Red Ribbon Week is coming the week of Oct. 29-Nov. 1. We'll participate in the district spirit week with students:
