Adult Learning Weekly Blog Spot:

One fairly consistent message in the trash can is that we are STRESSED. There are many pleas for grace and just anything that can be removed off our plates. This year is hard, and it doesn't seem to be getting much easier as we continue. Thinking about our circle of control (which isn't very big in this situation), we wanted to bring you some practical tips for stress relief that didn't seem overwhelming (tip..don't google "relieve teacher stress" unless you want to sift through hundreds of links!). Fortunately, this one came up pretty quickly and is straight to the point with practical tips. We will leave you with an article for you readers, and a video for you watchers this week.

With your accountability partner, we have a poppin' stress busting activity this week! Have fun!

Teaching Tip/Tech Resource:

Is your “What I’m Reading” sign outside your door still empty? Automatically create a poster to put your current reading book cover on display quickly at WhatImReading.org. It’s important that our students see us as readers and it’s a great conversation starter too!
