Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Fall Parties - We will have fall parties NEXT Fri., Oct. 22. This is an early out day. Times: 6th grade-9:05-9:50 am; 5th grade-10:00-10:45 am. We’ve had requests to do this like we did the first school year with a grade level time using some of the commons spaces and Tiger Den. More information will be coming this week to you and to send home to parents. We’ll ask that everyone help out.
-5th Health Fair - This will also take place on the Oct. 22 early out day. Schedule and specifics are here. Location will be between the 5th learning pods where we have pictures.
-Team meetings - Shawnda &/or I will plan to attend team meetings this week. Here is a link to talking points. We’ve also created a folder on the dashboard under meeting agendas so you can easily access these throughout the year.
-Tutoring schedule - Don’t forget to let Stacey know your team’s schedule so we have it on file in the office.
-Seating charts - Are you making any changes this week? Be sure your digital seating charts are up-to-date for quick access if needed.
-Please be sure you are adding any parent contacts/positive phone calls on your class parent communication log.
-Teacher WIGs - This is our last week to track as a whole staff. Let’s finish strong to have 100% meet our goal of completing both lead measures!
