WIS shared picture folder - Did you take some fall party pics last week? Be sure and add them in the folder for us!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Half day sub times-There is a change to our half day times for subs. It is now: AM: 8:10-11:55 am; PM-11:55-3:45 pm. This is due to upcoming new minimum wage guidelines.
-Please let Stacey know if you are NOT planning to have your club next week due to parent conferences.
-Trunk-or-Treat is Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 pm. We’ve got a great list of participating trunks. Be sure to encourage your students to attend. We hope to see you there too! The book fair will also be open this evening.
-Book fair will be Oct. 25-Nov. 5. Remember-It is open 8:15-8:35 am for students making purchases ONLY. If you have questions about sending students down, please reach out to Mr. Stockton. No hoodies or backpacks will be allowed.
-Parent Teacher conferences begin Thursday. Please be sure you have shared your schedule with the office. Special area teachers-Please keep track of student names you make contact with as this will also be recorded on our final count page. If you have any further questions, please refer to this document. Our district goal is 100% parent involvement.
-Grade & NWEA reports will go home at conferences. Please do not send these home prior as we are meeting with all parents. In the event you are unable to see a parent in person, these can be sent home on Fri., Nov. 5.
-Team meetings - Shawnda or I will stop by for a quick check-in during team meetings this week, but only to be a support if needed and do not plan to have specific agenda items as we know it is a busy time.
-Seating charts - Are you making any changes this week? Be sure your digital seating charts are up-to-date for quick access if needed.
-Social committee - There are several staff getting a jean day pass! Yay! Thanks for getting your dues turned in. It was payday last week. If you didn’t turn in your dues yet, you can make it happen this week! Folder is in Bailey Bauer’s mailbox.
