Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Paint the Playground: This Sat., Sept. 7 we’ll begin at 8:30 am. We'd love to have you join us! If you can make it, let us know here so we can get a count or seek additional volunteers if needed. We plan to paint basketball and four square lines for our students. We’ve got a Boy Scout leading it for his Eagle Scout project!
-Supervision Duty Schedule: We've had to make a few changes now that we are up and running. Please take a look at the updated version to make sure you are aware of duties. We appreciate everyone's help in making sure we are covered.
Morning duties: Please arrive BY 8:10 am.
Afternoon duties: Please be sure you are ready BEFORE the first dismissal bell so students aren't unsupervised.
-Team Newsletter: Please be sure to share a copy of your team's newsletter with Autumn, Stacey and Rhonda/Amanda so that we can add it to social media and be aware of the included information.
-Chrome Camp 3: We’ll have Chrome Camp this week. Classroom teachers, please plan to stay and assist as needed.
-Social Committee: Please contribute to our social committee by paying your dues (Certified-$20, Classified-$10) to Autumn Farmer or Amanda Wilson. These funds are important as we support each other throughout the year!
-End of Day Messages: It’s very important to check the messages at the end of the day so any changes are communicated to students. Please then check it off after you’ve communicated it.
-Clubs: If you have a club starting soon, please get the club proposal form to Stacey in order to be approved and added to the school calendar.
-Archery Club: We are looking for someone that might be interested in sponsoring this club. Brian Hayes, retired teacher, is also interested in helping as a volunteer with you.
-Safe School videos: Just another reminder about your safety videos if you have some left!
-Parent Lighthouse meeting: This month’s meeting has been moved to Thurs., Sept. 19 @ 6:00 pm.
