Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day and/or communicate to Autumn before the day of announcement.
WIS shared picture folder: PLEASE add your 1st week pictures here for us and continue to add throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-1 Team, 1 Willard Walk: Thursday between 10-11:00 am we will have guests in the building (District Admin & School Board members). Once a semester, these walks take place which give others a chance to see the many great things happening in our building. They will pop around to several classrooms during this time. If they stop in your room, feel free to welcome them and you or a student share what your class is working on if you’re able to.
Please take a look around your area to make sure things are picked up and looking nice for our guests.
-Tutoring: Don’t forget to add your team’s tutoring schedule when you have a game plan.
-Special Attendance: We keep track of those students who stay with us for either tutoring or clubs that support reading or math needs as we receive additional state funding for this attendance outside school hours. You (or the student) will complete this document for those students each time they stay. This is also linked on the Dashboard under “Daily/Weekly”.

-PD Plans: All certified teachers will complete a PD plan identifying 2 goals you will focus on this year. Further details:
We will provide support and do these together during our Mon. early out staff meeting next week, Sept. 29.
PD Menu - You may use this menu to help you choose your personal goals. Please take a look at this, so you have your chosen goals in mind for our meeting.
At least 1 goal should be academics focused and other is a goal of your choice. They are meant to be areas you are already focusing on towards building or professional goals, not 'another thing'.
Due date: Sept. 30
-40 Ways to Build Positive Relationships in 40 Days Challenge: We all know the impact positive relationships have on student learning and this is a fun way to intentionally track your efforts. Certified staff who complete this challenge by Nov. 5 will receive an additional $20 towards their classroom budget! Keep track of dates you do each and then turn in your completed form to Stacey.
