Mon. Library/Counseling Week: A week

Morning Announcements: Please add things you would like to have added to our morning announcements on the appropriate day.

WIS shared picture folder: Please add your pictures throughout the year to our folder. This is used for our yearbook and social media posts to tell our story!

Nuts and Bolts Items:

-Social Committee Dues: Did you get your social committee dues turned in? If not, there’s still time (Certified-$20, Classified-$10)!

-Classes may receive a class coin on their grid if the class has perfect attendance for the day. Another great way to encourage being here!

-PD Plans: There will be time to work on these during our early out work time on Friday and NKOTB on Wed. See the Dashboard for choice menu and tracker to use under “Current Items”. Samantha or Stacey are happy to help if you have any questions on how to put this in Talent Ed.

-DRA & NWEA Testing: Please be sure your team’s spreadsheet is updated with final scores. Also, criteria sheets should be turned in to Leah and Keri as they will be starting classes asap and need this to determine students and scheduling.

-Team Meetings: We are happy to come this week if you need us. Otherwise, we will plan to be there NEXT week to discuss iTime plans, tutoring schedules and anything else you may need!

-We now have a medical bag of supplies in the cabinet above the sink just inside the recess doors in case it may be needed quickly in an emergency.

-Homecoming: Please reference our document for specific information. We are supposed to get final district information on Monday, so will try to have all information finalized by Tuesday for your plans. It’s close now though!

-WCCF Grant: Did you see the grant application is out? This is a great opportunity to get a classroom, team or club need met! It’s easy to fill out and due Oct. 1. We've been able to get some great things for our school because we had teachers take a few minutes to put in a request.

-Instructional Excellence Proposals & Career Ladder Log: IE proposals should be completed and then make Stacey the owner by Sept. 30. Please reach out if you have any questions. NKOTB-This can be something we look at on Wed.

-Read-a-thon Fundraiser: We kick off our fundraiser next week, Oct. 2-13. Look for information to send home in your mailboxes this week!

-Thurs. Picture Day: We'll try to plan better next year so it's not camo spirit day on picture day. Please let students know we encourage them to dress for picture day! ;)

-Water bottles: We encourage students to have a water bottle, but please help us enforce water only and in a bottle that has a closed lid. We're starting to see some open bottle (ie. Stanley cups, etc.) that can spill easily. Thank you!
