Greeter/Goodbye Connectors:
Morning:
Front-Farrar, Bus-Wortman, Commons/Vestibule-Johnson
Expectations: Arrive by 8:10 am. Front greeter is outside at parent line welcoming students. Commons/vestibule greets students prior to 8:15 am in the vestibule allowing breakfast eaters to go at 8:10 am, then the rest to class at 8:15 am. Bus helps welcome students as they get off the bus.
Dismissal:
Front & Bus: Farrar + Green team (2 bus line, 2 parent line, 1 vestibule with walkers)
Expectations: Arrive just before dismissal bell rings. 2 team members assist with bus release, 2 team members lead parent pick-up line outside and 1 team member stays in the vestibule with walkers/bike riders. (Bike riders/walkers going northeast may release to Stacey upon buses leaving. The other walkers may release when car traffic is down to minimal.)

Nuts and Bolts Items:
*Attendance – This is going fairly well. Make sure you have this done by 9:00 am at the latest. Please remember that “A” is the ONLY thing you will choose in the drop-down menu. ALL other codes are used by the office only.
*Staff Favorites Survey – Please complete this if you haven’t done so yet. We’re still missing a few of you!
*Club Proposals – If you would like to sponsor a club, please complete and return this approval form to Stacey in order to get it added to the calendar.
*Learning Park TV – Each team may check out a Chromebook from David for their learning park tv. This will allow internet access without having to use your teacher Chromebooks.
*NWEA class set-up will be next week. Shawnda will be getting with teams to determine a day to do this during plan time.
