WIS shared picture folder: Please add your school pictures throughout the year. We’d love to have lots to choose from for the yearbook!
Nuts and Bolts Items:
-Celebration Walk is Monday morning from 10:00-11:00 am.
-Valentines Party help is needed before school on Tuesday to set up our station activities and food. If any staff are available to help, it would be greatly appreciated!
-House of Leaders:
Individual Rewards Drawing: We did not draw names last week, but will plan to do so this week. VIP seating will be Friday. Please have students return their tickets to the office.
Class Rewards: We hope all classes who had popsicles got them last week. If not, let the office know when you’d like to do it. We still need to do Hot Cocoa and a few more Sonic drinks this week and will reach out to those classes.
-Mark your calendar: Field Day will be May 24 and 6th Band Concert is May 23 at 6:00 pm.
-Primary School Picture: We’re still needing pictures from quite a few people. This may be a copy and/or we will get the original back to you! Please turn in to Stacey or the main office.
-Community Time-Olympics: Please make time this week for your community time leaders to share with your homeroom class about our upcoming olympics fun.
-Staff Changes for Next Year - Congratulations to:
Arrica Jessen will make the transition to 6th grade science next year on maroon team. We’re looking to hire 2 great teammates for 6th ELA and math currently if you know of anyone for our team or can help us get the word out!
Brooke Taylor will be the process coordinator next year for Willard South and WOHE elementaries. We’re sure going to miss her at WIS, but are excited for her opportunity and support she will be for students in the transition to our building.
